It could be one of our favorite hotels *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AFor two nights we had booked a panoramic suite at the intercontinental Berchtesgaden. My status in the intercontinental Hotel we were upgraded to a penthouse suite on two floors.
The first negative directly:
As far as I am with many hotels, but unfortunately there were also in the immediate vicinity, mind, is the lack of cleaning of the (sink-) drains. Often the water flows not fast enough. Regular cleaning of the drains would help.
But otherwise we felt absolutely comfortable in the hotel. The check-in was nice, friendly and courteous. The car was parked, the luggage to our room and the hotel was shown in detail. The room had two beautiful Bathrooms and toilets, a living room and a bedroom. The roof terrace you could enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains.
In the evening we ate once in the 3 '60 degrees restaurant and in the Bavaria tube'. The Bavarians tube could not with the 3' 60 degrees restaurant and therefore less recommendable. The food and drinks in the 3' degree restaurant were perfect and 60 absolutely recommendable. When the weather is nice, always try a table on the terrace to reserve.
The benefits of fun so we did not use, since there is no single Massagetermin free. That was very regrettable. The swimming and splash in the indoor and outdoor pool is quite fun.
The breakfast selection was sufficient and we enjoyed it.
In Germany is our favorite hotel, the hotel baresis (Black forest) in Baiersbronn. They are the few hotels in the world. The interconti in Berchtesgaden is due to the exposed position, the friendly manner of the staff and of our second favorite in any case, in Germany. We will be back and look forward to today.
