Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ADas Hotel und die Lage waren eine absolute positive Überraschung. Dank einer Absage hatten wir die Chance eine Suite zu ergattern, die einfach nur toll war. Die Service und das Essen in der Bauernstube waren erstklassig und haben uns 2 schöne Abende beschert. Ein ganz großer Makel ist der Service im Frühstücksbereich. Das Personal ist inkompetent, unorganisiert, einfach nur unglaublich schlecht gewesen; keine Bestellung hat funktioniert und die Schuld wurde von eier Bedienung auf die nächste weitergegeben, teilweise sogar an die Gäste,so dass wir das Abendessen gar nicht erst gebucht haben und das 2. Restaurant in der Bauernstube genommen haben.( s.o.)Das Hotel an sich ist aber so unglaublich, dass wir auf einen Kurztrip gerne wieder kommen und hoffen, dass der Service im Restaurant eine Ausnahme war. Es fehlt eine führende Hand.
