Simple but still breathtakingly beautiful ... *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe stayed in June 2009 for 1 night in the hostel Nuremberg. This is located in the castle of Nuremberg, Address: castle 2.90403 Nuremberg, Tel. 09 11/23 09 36 -0 , Tel. 09 11/23 09 36-12 , fax 09 11/23 09 36-11 e-mail: Jhnuernberg ( at) djh bavaria ( dot) de, www ( dot) Nuernberg ( dot) hostel ( dot) de The hostel offers a breathtaking view and is the most beautiful and largest hostel I've ever been to. Inside it does look like a castle with new standard, without the vintage flair to distort. We stayed in room #512 in 5. Floor. In total there are 7 floors, but we had a great view of the city, see photos. We had paid 21,90 Euro per person including an extensive breakfast buffet. The small Julian with 5 years was free (from 6 you must pay). Full or half board are also available. The hostel offers lush 83 rooms with 382 beds!!! Although we had no sink in the room, but other partly. It is very basic, just like you knew from hostels. But a Verdunklungsvorhang or similar would have still appropriate. We for example, a blanket on the window plus. The small window in our room was a little difficult sealed and old. Also at the door was missing a Dichtungsgummi as each draft constantly beats and a large Türspalt is also available. Also here we were with a ceiling plus. Especially great was good and friendly service. We had a DVD and got a rieesen nice big room ( hall) with TV and DVD player available at no additional charge, we felt like real Burgherren" * g and dream* also houses table tennis facilities, meeting rooms, halls and so on., everything rieesen large. During our stay there were many wheelchair users and other disabled young people that were very well looked after and were obviously very impressed by the Burgunterkunft. We were lucky enough that a beer festival with about 20 different, private beers/Bierbrauern held at the castle moat, which gave us the stay even enhanced. Tip: parking is unfortunately not located directly at the castle, only for boarding and invite you should keep at the gate. Aaaber we asked at the reception and a small city plan with explanation. Parking is available behind the sited for example, outside the old city, some hundred meters away, just ask the front desk and there will help ... Wireless Internet access there's also, but only for 5 Euro per 24 -hour period. There's an internet terminal in the lobby, which is actually to be informed every minute usage. Wi-Fi / Wireless LAN could you our opinion can also offer free ...
