Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AOur reservation over the Internet (despite prepayment) was somehow overlooked. They gave a lot of effort, not to mention this. The room was ordered but the property. Hotel with Russians and AHV-retirees crowded. This had already reserved early in the morning the beach chairs at the beach and pool (both places many) with the beach towels. If you go down around ten o'clock at the beach, you will find almost no chance of getting a sunbed. The staff nothing. The hotel was initially November total occupied. This rush they were not cope. Staff at the tables and buffet aufüllen not, although even the manager were deployed to help. Coffee you have to beg for almost, as no one takes the order. Hotel getting old, but clean. Twice daily maid service. Shuttle bus links to and from Dubai good. Indian and Chinese restaurant very recommendable. The service was very friendly.
