Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AUnfortunately I couldn't see the five stars. Here is the name was program. Such a run-down, small room in a five star hotel I have not seen! Saggy mattress, abgesplitterter door frames, feuchtigkeitsflecken on the ceiling over the bathtub, tube tv, ...) a photo of this room is unfortunately anywhere deposited with image. Without knocking a staff of the service personnel in my room. I came from the bathroom! In the evening and the staff were very inattentive and slow charging for drinks. On a party it is natural for me, that is not always refilled and, that you sit empty glasses and the service over the horizon. From the breakfast I was not satisfactory. It was of a good quality and the choice was large enough. In comparison to other five star hotels I missed here, for example, omelet station, a waffle stations and a glass of champagne is also not uncommon. Empty coffee pot and milk was not refilled. Staff at the check-in was very friendly, pool/spa area was very beautiful. ambience in the lobby and for Kempinski meaningful. Nothing to do with five stars and recommendation only, if you have an event.
