The service of the hotel was on the top level
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AEverything inside the hotel was excellent, only the chance for shopping was limited. The food was great, staff very nice and friendly, always willing to help. The level of English fluency of the staff was avarage or less. Cleanliness of the hotel, all dining rooms and other lobbies was high-graded, only sand on the beach would need some arranging. The option for late check-out should be prolonged until the guests really leave the hotel (if they have to pay an extra charge for it).
Location
Besides the shopping feasibility everything was absolutely great!
All hotel, restaurant and bar staff was very friendly; check-in very smooth, knowledge of English limited (especially young boys at the reception desk and all cleaning staff). Every person working at the Hotel Kerem Resort was very kind, smiling all the time, willing to help.
Gastronomy
The food was just excellent. The chef was a genious! The quantity and the quality of the food must have exceeded the expectations of all coming hotel guests! The tables always clean, atmosphere beautiful, plates always hot, the silverware always glossy!
Sport & Entertainment
The entertainment manager has done a very good job! The beach quality was OK, just the sand should be more cleaned (some garbage appeared there, e. g. the stoppers of the beer bottles).
Room
The service at the rooms on very good level. The safe box should be for free as a part of the room service not for a special fee.
Tips and recommendations
The professional photographer as a additional service offer is a very useful for the tourists. His job is just breathtaking! I recommend to everybody to let him make the pictures on the beach while sunset is.
