Very clean, friendly hotel for feeling well! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is very clean, the staff very friendly. The food is good and varied, so that we even for our son always found something suitable. The child care was very good, with two very sympathetic supervisors and varied program, as well as a Kugelbad with slide to play. The pool is small, but clean and to splash totally sufficient. The rooms are large enough with good facilities. The only, but significant drawback are in our opinion for children not secure sockets and balcony doors and windows! The ski lifts are further away, but with caress loose shuttle service. The tendency for those children lessons is right outside the door of the hotel and feature large snowmaking installation, so that the courses with little snow can take place. The lessons was very good, with a very nice and competent instructor (Astrid). The Wellness program, what we had was not so good. The untidy, gum chewing lady, I had booked a massage of the neck, refused to massage, because I had a one and a half months minimalinvasive operation at the back injury had. When I asked why not, she said: 'I do not!' no mention of reasons (there is no reason! Medical).
Apart from that, we have felt ourselves very well, also in the Community with the other guests, so we have booked next year again ☺
