Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AA K. O. criterion of a family-run hotel is the ' loss 'to care for children that have been submitted. (4 years) my son was wrong, then crying by the hotel. Luckily we were in the house and were informed by other guests in this circumstance. This, despite the fact that he passed a supervisor, the pick-up in one hour and agreed on the so-called Kinderpass was noted, it will be picked up. This was our week not unique, unfortunately...
At lunch we noticed, the first floor an employee and then the table with the same cloth cleaned ''. We talked to you on but we got only a short 'Oh' to be heard.
In our week there was a wespenplage. Apparently there was some wasps nests within the complex. After a few days were Wasps and professional support can be obtained. At the end of the week was the situation better, in the meantime, but there were several offered (unnecessarily) wasps bites. You could have to react faster!
Unfortunately, there was in indoor areas just a baby basin and the outdoor pool (with Eigenbaurutsche?) is dimensioned and already come into the years.
Conclusion: not a bad hotel, but in some areas we must improve and criticism should be seriously and not dismiss with phrases such as 'that is the country ' (boss). The credit cards accepted not a four star hotel we find strange. If there was an indoor swimming pool is, we may stay again...

Sehr geehrter Herr Manfred, wir nehmen Ihre Kritik sehr ernst.Wie konnte das geschehen, dass Ihr Kind sich aus dem abgesicherten Kinderbetreuungsbereich entfernte? Die Türe zu diesen mehrfach abgesicherten Bereichen des Kinderclubs hat einen für Kinder nicht zu öffnenden Drehknopf und einen zusätzlichen Öffnungsschalter in Erwachsenenhöhe; um diesen Bereich verlassen zu können, ist gleichzeitig der Drehknopf und der Schalter zu betätigen; Ihr Kind hat, als sich die Türe durch hereingehende Eltern öffnete, blitzartig den Kinderclub verlassen, um auf schnellsten Wege zu seinem Zimmer zu laufen: Innerhalb einiger Minuten war er jedoch wieder bei uns im Kinderclub! Wir entschuldigen uns dafür! Korrekterweise ist auch zu sagen, dass dies ein Einzelfall geblieben ist und bleibt!
Unabsichtlich verwechselte eine Servicemitarbeiterin das Wischtuch mit dem Bodentuch; Für dieses menschlichen Versehen möchten wir uns bei Ihnen ebenfalls entschuldigen.
Die Wespen sind laut Medienberichten in diesem Sommer in ganz Europa ein Probem, welches wir sehr ernst nehmen und darum hatten wir schon letzte Woche einen Kammerjäger bei uns; darüberhinaus verwenden wir Wespenfallen
Bei Ihrer Abreise erhielten wir Ihren Feedback-Bogen und darin standen durchaus positive Urlaubseindrücke: Tolle Mineralien-Fossilien-Expediton, Wertschätzender und nicht aufgesetzte Freundlichkeit im Service und in den anderen Abteilungen, Nette Aufmerksamkeit des Hauses zu Ihrem Geburtstag, Toller Schwimmkurs, Lustige Abendunterhaltung mit der Schuhplattlergruppe, Neu gebautes Appartement und die Lage unseres Hotels gefiel Ihnen auch sehr gut
