You would think from the outside, is that it is a newer to construction. What but from the inside not can be confirmed. Think 70er-80er years with rausgeputzer entrance facade. I booked last minute in double room with single occupancy 80 euro including breakfast paid. Hotel and room was satisfactory. On a complaint (no hot water in the room) they responded immediately and friendly and the problem was fixed. two minutes to walk to the tram.
