Room smelled unbearably smelled of smoke, move after two nights, without assistance from the hotel staff (bags transport)
Rooms are very small (ca12qm?)
So-called economy room is a single room for double use, this means, about 140 centimeter wide for two people!
No fridge, small TV, balcony accessible from neighbors.
Breakfast was OK.

Sehr geehrte Andi,vielen Dank für die Bewertung. So wie ich Ihrer Beschreibung entnommen haben, haben Sie dass Economiezimmer über ITS gebucht. Dieses Zimmer ist ein Einzelzimmer in Doppelnutzung und das Bett ist 1,30 m Breit. Es stehen verschiedene Kategorien zur Auswahl, die Econimievariante ist das günstigte Angebot, welches über den Reiseveranstalter gebucht werden kann. Unser Haus verfügt über 332 Einzelzimmer und 11 Juniorsuiten, 50 Apartments, 42 Doppelzimmer Comfort und 50 Doppelzimmer Standard (kleine Doppelzimmer mit 1,60m breitem Bett). Das Haus ist von dem DEHOGA als 3 Sterne superioer klassifiziert. Eine Minibar gehört nicht zum Ausstattungsmerkmal, ein Kühschrank steht den Gästen an der Rezeption zur Verfügung. Das Haus verfügt über einen seperaten Raucherbereich an der Lobbybar und über Raucherzimmer.
