Koulouris Beach Hotel

The location by the beach was ideal, as the hotel is right on the beach and also the place is (unfortunately) was not far away. The place is the "party" for the English. The British is set, as shown on their island: English food, almost everywhere english satalite TV loud booming music (you felt like on a amusement park). The advantage is that the beach nearly for yourself as the young teenagers sleeping during, or relax by the swimming pools. The search by Greek culture is in Kavos no avail. A rental car is so very advantageous.

The staff was very friendly and spoke fluent English. The room was however only 2 times a week "clean\": swept. Towels and bed linen changed only changed weekly. Also ask for toilet paper you always have to go back. As can certainly not for the very nice cleaning lady. I had the impression that the manager saves where it was only (see gastronomy)complaints were received in a friendly way. But it was the impression the manager who will take you smile, but does not, as didn't care about. Our transfer to the airport also really wrong. We were way too early (4 :30 ), for up to 6 hours at the front desk to wait nobody knew who had told us now when runs. We went to the airport at 7 at 9 am, where our flight. Terrible chaotic organization since it you apparently no matter was - our money they had already.

We have breakfast. A big mistake! !! There was a coffee, a really nasty, cheap orange juice, and just two pieces of toast. In addition, there were all week Marmeladensorte. Otherwise there was English cuisine and a few local-ish in the hotel, which we never tried. But you could also at least Greek-ish to order as gyros Moussaka..

The British the amenities, disco, supermarkets, day trips, pool efficient use. We wanted to use the beautiful and more secluded beach. Beach chairs cost in some places were a bit.

We booked a package and are stupidly assumed, so getting a room as the pictures on the internet. I had booked sea view. The miser manager gave us the most unsightly room without first sea view. It was large overcoming to enter the bathroom. The fridge was more than Sperrmüllreif and disgusting. We had to plug in the plug, we only after two days out, so we had at least cold drinks. We thought he was broken, but no one came to fix it or on the idea check if we unplug update. The dirty dishes I didn't even touched. Only after asking we were told that there a safe-deposit box at the front desk, which one could use for 10 euros a week. The two towels were never changed during the week. We even had to get toilet paper. The air conditioning was not included in the package, which of course anywhere! So it was not surprising that we had to make an effort ourselves to find someone who puts the air conditioner - for 35 euros a week.

So the location of the hotel to the lonely! Beach is great. From the outside the hotel is really nice, well maintained and nice to look at. Great layout in bungalow-similar buildings. Unfortunately not all rooms are in a renovated condition. The city Kavos is terrible. The staff's fault partake of the conditions are very nice. The manager captivates with its uncharmante, Avaricious Art. As accommodation was cheap, you couldn't expect too much. But definitely do not book with breakfast or half board.
