Authentischer Familienbetrieb - so wie zu Hause

Im Zuge einer Exkursion der KU Eichstätt- Ingolstadt hat es mich nach Olang ins wunderschöne Berghotel Zirm verschlagen. Wir, als Gruppe, wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und haben im Anschluß zwei sehr interessante Vorträge von Familienmitgliedern der Familie Schraffel gehört.
Danach kam das absolute Highlight mit dem Besuch des Wellness- Bereichs. Ein Ort zum verlieben - sauber, gemütlich und facettenreich (vom Außenpool kann man das Bergpanorame bei einer Rückenmassage genießen).
Das Abendessen hat genau meinen Geschmack getroffen - Rumpsteak!
Nach einer sehr erholsamen Nacht im wunderschönen Doppelzimmer war das ausgiebige Frühstück genau das Richtige für den kommenden Tag. Ich habe mich sehr an den regionalen Spezialitäten (Wurst und Käse) erfreut.
Alles in allem - perfekt.
