Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ABirthday party in Kunz Manns hotel it was a pleasant surprise, the birthday party my mom, to bad bocklet time to move. Much has already been told by this hotel, because my mom and her partner have already spent a short holiday here more often. They swarmed to the large beautiful area, the spacious terrace and the newly created Spa-area. My first impression of the hotel was very positive, because we were greeted by friendly reception staff and secretaries. The lobby area with fireplace seemed comfortable and welcoming to me, if a little dark. On request, they showed us at the Spa-area around, visibly proud of this successful and very modern and bright area. Here everything was spotlessly clean and very tastefully furnished and designed. Unfortunately we had not sufficient time to use these comfortable rooms. Our room was newly furnished, but clean and tidy. Very pleasant was obviously newly renovated and beautifully appointed bathroom, it shone also on cleanliness. The cleanliness of the restaurant was inviting chairs, bright and friendly equipped. The evening menu for this small birthday party was tasty and lovingly decorated. The service was attentive, polite and friendly. Unfortunately there were only Franconian wines mostly, I personally did not like the taste, or meaningless wines from Spain and Italy were not very high. A shame, I can only say, because not every guest locals wines preferred. In the guest room we saw many elderly people, it did not bother me, because I only saw happy faces... However, I could watch, that about 21:00 o'clock the guest room emptied and the service all around already, for the breakfast the next day, pay the tables. The staff forced us to leave the room, but I thought it was annoying, the aufgestapelten plates and cutlery for the tables, chairs in our youth. The atmosphere and the rest for our chat, were not given. Probably, the time, already a part of the hotel, so that the elder people 21 latest geg: 00 o'clock to their rooms... But younger guests happy to sit a bit longer?! There should be no knocker, only a well-intentioned advice. Younger guests will love to come back here, if you area, time and attention, the evening to extend and round off. Maybe, if I ever go back here my short should spend, is a bit more demanding and the wine connoisseur to also... I would like to welcome and a good glass of the fireplace, in fire knisterndem, take.

Seit geraumer Zeit bin ich bereits dabei, unsere Weinkarte auch im internationalen Bereich zu auszubauen. Aber es ist wie beim Wein - es brauch etwas Zeit. :-)
Sie dürfen sich aller Voraussicht nach allerdings ab Anfang Dezember auf die neue Weinkarte freuen. Ich bin gespannt auf Ihr Feedback. ;-)
Bzgl. Ihrer Anmerkung zum Eindecken im Restaurant, habe ich bereits mit unserer Restaurantleiterin besprochen. Ich denke, wir haben hier eine gute Lösung gefunden.
Wir freuen uns, Sie bald wieder im Kunzmann's auf einen guten Tropfen am Kamin begrüßen zu dürfen.
