Wellness hotel in the country *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is located quietly in a tiny village. Two kilometer from the thermal bath bad rodach. Around fields, forests and lakes. The Altmühlaue is a nice hotel with many offered in the area wellness. Service, cleanliness and food was good. Tasted without objections. Disappointing was the room cleaning. On Sundays and public holidays was not in this hotel. Little shower, the toilet paper ran out and the towels were always damp. It was previously described anywhere. Upon arrival I asked for the comfort room, which I had booked. The lady at the front desk was not very efficient. She said, it would be the comfort room. Small, cramped, bathroom was tiny for Dwarfs. After I informed had made, came out, that it was a basic double room. Only on the departure day the apology. Apparently at this time everything was overbooked. No demand or a phone call, even though we were guests in this house. Set-off was there, but I would have preferred to make you feel at ease the comfort room. The Communication was missing. A shame. A third time will not be possible.
