Staff was completely overwhelmed *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AVan der Falk save, it seems. In the restaurant are two very young forces, which is responsible for everything. Buffet (very long waits, even with the map), peel potatoes you, you mix drinks. This is, of course, to create two. This view is at the expense of satisfaction of the guests. At high occupancy of the hotel front desk in the restaurant/kitchen help. Unmotivated, slow in the breakfast the same: (a few) free tables were not cleared forever. The coffee pick up yourself at the best yourself. The food or taste... Poor. Shower if all showers impossible. Cold water, area overloaded. The new year's Eve: a live band, and a DJ. Both spatially well separated, so that you don't bother each other. But: they play the same music! The DJ will usher in the new year just three minutes too early. Between 00:00 01:00 and about o'clock no music. Silence. Mood then. Praise-worthy and the new year's Eve buffet and new year's brunch. The fact, that one was very late on check out was pleasant. All in all-van der Falk in better Times. If the ever go back? I have my doubts.
