4 Star Superior over-stating things *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A A... The front desk was very friendly and efficient. The only problem was that the house in general a slightly run down impression. Furniture and Flurecken are partly chipped. Elevator to the pool was filthy, the floor looked disgusting,. - The "top" was the breakfast, service almost zero. The plates, plates were strongly shopped around improve on all three days only on Velangen! About half of the buffets was 15 minutes before breakfast ended already removed!!! The quality of the breakfast items not up to the category 4 star superior. No Salete, no smoked salmon, hardly decor of the plates. The staff met already the lunch - so good quality, good breakfast look different! The building was Generally still highly recommendable, especially for families: Nice location on the park, good traffic connections (bus) to the city center, bicycle rental, the pool area made a good impression. - All in all I would choose again the hotel enjoys as it is very good value for this category.
