Clean and adequate for two nights. *

For 30 euros a night you can't complain. The interior of our room was very worn out, but we were only two nights, so it was good value. For longer stays so I can't comment. The gastronomy we didn't use. Walk to Kos Town ( harbor) about 15 minutes.
