Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe stayed over new year's Eve for four nights in the Lara beach. We booked this hotel, since other hotels in Lara were used extensively. It was my ditter vacation in Turkish five star hotel and former hotel (Limak Lara and spice & spa) other standards. The five stars are definitely not justified. The hotel is from the outside not much. The lobby is attractive, but the furnishings were very dated. Our room had a terrible view of the Warenanlierferung of the hotel were there but rather looked like in a ghetto. Across our door was the staff elevator. The noise started from the seventh okay. Room change was due to full occupancy not possible. The service at the bar and the restaurant is rather bad, since the employees mostly annoyed and will long or even ignore. Sufficient this would perhaps tip but I am not prepared to solve the waiters constantly in order to be served. When the weather is nice the pool bar was open, we wanted a coffee on the terrace drinks but skilled, as apparently 'closed' the bar was even though the staff but obviously only with another guest (?) Turkish undisturbed wanted to talk. The only thing that was really is, is the kitchen. The food was excellent quality and taste. The choice is large and the food was a real pleasure in the four days. The new year's Eve menu was excellent. The entertainment on new year's Eve evening was fair. Close to tables were crammed into a bright headlamps beamed in the face, the music and the shows were below ground. Immediately after the meal we left the room. Fireworks from hotel Lara beach none. The room cleaning was very superficial (will upload pictures). In the so-called 'wellness area' it reeked of fermented cheese, probably from erosion of bacteria is... The sauna is tiny and crowded. The indoor pool is not well maintained, cold and smelled also unpleasant. In summary, the hotel unfortunately not recommendable. In Turkey you can in other hotels vacation make. We will never again in Lara beach (or since 01 January 2012 it is called liberty Lara) and we would have saved the money and would not be in the vacation instead went to check in to this hotel.

Sehr geehrte/r Cora.Als erstes möchte ich mitteilen das es mir leid tut das Sie nicht ein gelungenes Urlaub bei uns verbringen konnten. Für ihre Bewertung sind meine antworten in folgenderweise.
İch bedanke mich als erstes für die bewertungen an das Küchen team bzw. Essen.İhre Meinung an unser Personal aber hat mich überrascht.
Die Fotos die Sie innerhalb des Hotels gemacht haben, haben wir bereits an diesen stellen verbesserungen / reparierungen vorgenommen.Wir bedanken uns für dies.
Die Bilder die ausserhalb des Hotels sind ,sind ausserhalb unserer Hotel linien,das wollte ich ihnen auch teilen. Sie haben auch recht da Sie ein Zimmer mit blick auf diese Seite bekommen haben, nach dem Sistem geben wir aber den spat reservierungen die verbliebenen/verfügbaren Zimmer an unsere Gaste. Da Sie auch Spat reservierung gemacht hatten müssten wir ihnen auch dieses Zimmer geben.Aber Sie haben vollkommen recht deshalb möchten wir uns nochmals entschuldigen.
Da das Wetter am Silvester Abend schlecht war haben wir keinen Feuerwerks Veranstalltungen vorbereitet..
Bei unserem Spa Bereich kommt es im Winter ab und zu zu zeiten wo viele Gaste das Wellness Bereich benutzen, da das Wetter schlechter. Dadurch ist es in diesen zeiten etwas voller.Bei dieser Meinung haben Sie auch vollkommen recht.
Wir würden Sie bitten uns nochmals die chance zu geben , um ihren Urlaub bei uns so verbringen zu können wie Sie es sich gewünscht hatten.
