Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe just wanted to get away from the X-mas in Germany the Lara/liberty beach hotel. The transfer from the airport was unfortunately not included but the taxi driver 15-if you20 euros are you well. Of course you are asking a lot more, but they should not sign up. At first, the taxi driver spoke good German and as soon as the money is suddenly you have forgotten every word. Arrived at the hotel we unfortunately did not have the requested room next to our friends get, although we have already announced in advance by email and the front desk the check-in was also asked. ( the room next to our friends was not occupied while whole stay). Was booked all-inclusive, but this was not included, in-room safe is(2 euros/ day). Otherwise we can highly recommend the Turkish restaurant (must be reserved the day itself but between ten o'clock all tables and 10:05 are assigned. The waiters were always very hard, but it could happen in the lobby often, the drinks despite our request after repeated requests and questions simply be forgotten. The waiters in the restaurants are clear better and attentive. Perhaps it is under new management liberty hotel better. We stayed for several days a rental car borrowed and the surrounding sights risks (perge/aspendos/Myra/sunken city and Antalya). That is why we have the entertainment in the hotel used and we can therefore not judge. As a process was okay but when bathing vacation hotel we might imagine the hotel and spend a long time.

Sehr geehrte Frau Angelika,Als erstes möchten wir uns für ihren Aufenthalt im Lara Beach Hotel bedanken.
Wir haben ihre Bewertung uns durchgelesen und bedanken uns das Sie wichtige punkte ausgedrückt haben.
Leider ist der fall mit den Taxifahrer ausserhalb unserer Hotellinien.
İhr Zimmer wunsch ging leider nicht in erfüllung da wir Weinachten und Silvester hatten war unser Hotel Komplett ausgebucht,bei unseren Email beantwortungen schreiben wir auch zu den gaste Zimmer wünschen,das wir die wünsche je nach der verfügbarkeit des Hotels erfüllen können.
Die Ala Cart reservierungen waren in diesen Zeiten schnell ausgebucht wie Sie es auch mitgeteillt haben da es Weinachts und Silvester Zeit war aber es hat uns gefreut zu hören das ihnen das Türkische (Tuğra) restaurant gefallen hat.
Das mit dem Service haben wir an den Service Manager weitergeleitet und bedanken uns das Sie ihre meinung gesagt haben.
Für verbesserungen sind diese meinungen wie ihre auch sehr wichtig.
Wir wünschen uns das Sie nochmals uns besuchen kommen wo wir auch ihre Wünsche erfüllen werden. Weil jeder Gast für uns sehr sehr wichtig ist.
