Top hotel for a reasonable price *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel Apollo is part of the LifeClass-hotel complex with 4 4 -star and a five-star hotel (Grand Hotel Portoroz). All of these hotels use the same thermal baths (sea water mixed with Thalasso-water) with 650 square meters of water area. The guests of all hotels can also use the lovely pool area at the hotel Riviera, also 650 square meters of water area. The hotels are very clean. Despite the many rooms (total of 1700 Gästebetten in the 5 hotels in general) is the complex no brick but loosened built. In every hotel there is a restaurant, the members of the individual hotel. In October it was especially older couples from Austria and Italy, only a few Germans. The older guests seem mainly because of the thermal bath.
Location
The hotel is located in the second row from the beach, very quiet. The beach is right in front of the hotel complex, through the quayside separately. Tips and recommendations
The water temperature in the sea was still 21°C in October, you could still go swimming but the outside temperature was unseasonably cold for the time with 13 degrees, so we were only in the thermal pool.
