Traditional and beautifully maintained except exterior which needs an uplift

a few minutes from Interlaken Ost station
I simply do not understand the negative reviews about this. We had excellent, friendly and personalised service from all staff.

Very good food. breakfasts were wonderful and evening meals fresh and well presented

Lovely indoor swimming pool and fitness centre
Room
We had a room with a balcony facing the mountains. Outside street did not disturb us.

May was a great month to visit as it is not crowded. some visitors were returners - a good sign of a pleasant experience
