Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe visit Interlaken regularly to visit family and friends. This was our third stay at this hotel and we were lucky to benefit from a very special offer. The good sized room had a great view but thick curtains (and a large very comfortable bed) ensured a good sleep after a long trip. My wife regrets the lack of a kettle but this was partly overcome by complimentary afternoon tea in the public areas. We have not been here during a true heatwave and therefore cannot comment on the need for airconditioning though we noticed a large fan in a cupboard. The breakfast buffet met our expectations fully and the table d'hote including the house wine in the evening was a culinary delight and extremely good value. The swimming pool is deep enough to swim comfortably and long enough to exercise in. In conclusion we wish to come again.
