Exvellent and caring hotel
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWonderful stay made all the better by helpful staff. Arrived without booking and were given a back view room. However, as we were staying two to three days, we were upgraded to front top class room the next day without any effort to ourselves.
Would recommend!
Location
Perfect for Interlaken Ost station from where all trains to local sights depart. Few minutes walk from town and restaurants.
Wonderful. Staff were multi-lingual and nothing was too much trouble. As we increased the length of our stay daily, staff dealt with the changes promptly, politely and efficiently.
Gastronomy
We did not have dinner in the hotel as we prefer to eat out, but breakfast was excellent with wide variety of choice. Dining room pleasant and light. Bar a little dark for our taste.
Sport & Entertainment
Excellent leisure facilities although swimming pool could have been 5 degrees warmer for our tastes. Plenty of towels in sauna and steam room and easy access to gym.

Room was comfortable and well maintained.
Tips and recommendations
We felt Interlaken was suitable for all tastes. The hotel was capable of dealing with young and old alike at any time of the year.
