Clean and well run, staff were very nice and helpfull.
Pool area well maintained.
Our room was lovely and we also found the beds more comfortable than most hotels.
Location
Close to rail station ,Very nice situation in town near to travel points but away from the touristic areas of interlaken centre.
Staff were very friendly and had good local knowledge
Gastronomy
Loved all the food. We were on half board and were very pleased with the food, we could not fault the breakfast buffet, and the chef made interesting beatifully presented dishes for dinner.

Pool area and garden very nice, didn't try the sauna

No air con but a fan was provided

Buy water at the local coop, they also do lovely sandwiches to take on the train
