Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThough rated as 5star hotel, I felt it is rather 4star. The equipment of the room was rather old fashioned and not really up to 5star quality. Staff however is very friendly and bfst buffet good. Location is good, close to train station. However, when you have luggage you have to take a taxi and they rip you off. For a short journey of about 800m they charge you CHF 12.- which is the minimum charge within Interlaken. Wonder if the tourist board could do something against this rip-off of luggage-burdened tourists...
