Price/performance ratio is miserable! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is about a, eight kilometer away from the city center. So in normal use-breakfast away, in the evening again and again except house-not within walking distance! Otherwise, you had to go with train and underground. Directly next to the breakfast room-only optically, not acoustically, separated-the company function rooms! When they have probably break? Small coffee pots stood on a table and can be taken for themselves! But there were a lot of restaurant staff, for trouble. In the room the sink and only shower door separate shower; one bathroom was missing. All this for the price (TUI Catalog) actually an impertinence!

Lieber Uwe!Wir bedauern sehr, dass deine Vorstellungen von einem schönen Aufenthalt nicht erfüllt wurden, können aber einige Aussagen nicht ganz verstehen.
Bis zur Ringstraße sind es zu Fuß maximal 10 bis 15 Minuten, bis zur Oper 15 bis 20 Minuten. Direkt vor dem Hotel fährt die Straßenbahn 71 (Haltestelle ca. 70 Meter entfernt).
In Bezug auf die Einrichtung der Zimmer, so konnten Sie sich ja im vorhinein (TUI Katalog oder über das Internet) über das Design informieren. Wir verstehen, dass das Design nicht jeden anspricht.
Die Preise in der Wiener Hotellerie sind stark Saison abhängig, falls Sie jedoch über einen Reiseveranstalter buchen, haben wir kaum Einfluss, zu welchem Preis dieser das Zimmer verkauft.
Zum Thema Restaurant Personal, wurden wir uns um eine kurze Mitteilung freuen, wie besagte für Unruhe sorgen, um zukünftig dies zu vermeiden.
