Vienna experience *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe wanted the four days of our stay tens the city on short and quick because of Vienna and get to know us in a friendly and pleasant atmosphere feel at home. The hotel has contributed to its central location. The proximity to the Selm-bräu brewery for a couple of hours with good food and drink provided. The atmosphere and furnishings in the bar with the friendly service to make you feel at ease contributed.
Less pleasant in the register at the hotel the deposit of 50 €deposit in the Hight of found. In my opinion not trust to customers. In this way I have never experienced something else. Here I need to see improvement.
We are a private bath area. comfortable Parter less disturbing because.
Otherwise we were totally satisfied with the accomodations and service and would happily recommend the hotel.

Lieber Gerhard!Herzlichen Dank, dass du die die Zeit genommen hast um unser Hotel zu bewerten. Bezüglich der Hinterlegung einer Kaution, bzw. Kreditkarten Details, so ist dies in der Internationalen Hotellerie ein gängiger Standard, da es leider Gäste gibt, die ohne zu Zahlen das Hotel verlassen. So ist die Hotellerie bedauerlicher weise zu diesem Schritt gezwungen.
Für Ihre Anmerkung bzgl. der Schlaf-/Badkonstruktion in unseren Gästezimmern danken wir Ihnen sehr. Das Raumkonzept des Innenarchitekten ließ es leider nicht zu, dass die Bäder separat von dem Wohn-/Schlafbereich sind, hoffen aber dennoch, dass Sie dadurch keine Unannehmlichkeiten hatten.
