Great hotel, however no good staff *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AAs already mentioned, the hotel is one of the most beautiful that I have ever visited, but unfortunately also the most unfriendly unhelpful that I have ever booked! I was very surprised because I am (not yet) used to a 4-star hotel. It is a real pity that the staff didn't enjoy their work.
