Not enough Non-smoker rooms

There where absolutely no non-smoker rooms free incl upgrades to suites. However there were several smoker rooms free. Even with the large french doors open all night, the air is unpleasant.
Perhaps a play room with Lego etc. for smaller children and Playstation/Wee would make it more attractive for families with children.
The parkning payment automat never accept any of my credit cards. Thanks to the reception this is not a big issue, just seems silly.

A bit far from the center, unless one is prepared totake to U-Bahn
Close to Hagenbeck Tierpark
Perfect for joggers. The reception offered 2-3 alternative routes of 4, 6 and 8 KM on a printed google map. Very convincing.
Calling a taxi is some times a challenge. HAve tried to wait 10 minuttes.

Gastronomy
Only tried breakfast, which is good . The standard is high without being fantastic. Similar to e.g. Radisson or othe hotels of same level.
The restaurant seemed to be very clean and tidy.
One could imagine a higher focus on ecological fruits from Africa, Asia or South America, since these continents are very much present in the dekor.
Sport & Entertainment
The fitness studio is very impressive with a nice view over the local area.
There is no pool to my knowledge, but then again I did not miss it.
Everything very clean.
Room
The proximity to Hagenbeck Tierpark is integrated into the design, a very nice experience.
The rooms I have tried (5-10 times) have always been very clean an tidy. This is perhaps the most important point.
The suites are large and of a high standard. Include both sofa and desk. However th internet connection was extra and not just plug&play which seems a bit silly for a suite.

Try the fitness studio
The bar may be recommended for it's high quality service to tired business guests. If one likes a fireplace, the bar offers this (gasfired).
