Getting old *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is in need of renovation. The food was only lukewarm. Smoking room-should be abolished, smells. The beach is very narrow and you have to walk about three meters by stones, in order to swim. Tables at the meal times dirty. Table cloths should be changed more often. Decor of the room was rather on three star level.

Hallo Silke,das Management des "Lonicera World" möchte Sie darauf hinweisen, dass wir ein Sanierungskonzept haben und im Rahmen unserer Möglichkeiten, unsere Hotels sanieren und neu ausstatten.
Die laufende Urlaubsbetreuung darf dabei aber nicht darunter leiden. Das würde wieder andere Gäste als Störung empfinden.
Was wir, Management nicht verstehen, ist Ihre Einschätzung der Sauberkeit, unter anderem auch in unseren Speisesälen. Viele unserer anderen Gäste bewerten gerade die Sauberkeit und Ordnung in unserer Hotelanlage, als besonders lobenswert. Wir legen darauf auch sehr großen Wert und sind deshalb über Ihre Einschätzung irritiert.
Unser Strand war witterungsbedingt, leider in Ihrer Ferienzeit, nicht wie ihn viele unserer Urlauber kennen.
