Gorgeous location *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AOverall we had two very nice weeks at the Gran Hotel spent. The stay was marred only by the initial problems with the in-room safe. This was locked when we arrived and we could not open it accordingly. It took a total of three days, until the problem was finally fixed, even though we were daily at the reception and the problem have described it. We had the feeling, that was not heard. Also on the phone call we were there and herverbunden, until finally the phone was no one. Finally, on the third day we had a very competent staff, took the the matter. Overall the front desk partly understaffed. We were also not told, that it costs money, tennis racquets for rent. We were only after the room number, at the end we saw the amount on the bill. From a 4-star plus hotel I would have expected, that just mentioned. The were all minor issues. Especially the waiters in the restaurants were all very attentive and fast.
