The location can't be beat. 2 blocks from the Empire State building, right in Midtown. Subway is not far away. Much is within walking distance of the great location. Couldn't be better.

The staff is friendly, only anfürsich has to be courteous. Only on the score came back a greeting. Defensive is the staff was too. Information just asking. Even the staff there very unsafe and knows not always good. Information about check-out etc. own in experience. The staff doesn't understand any German, where we didn't expected. So it fully ok. The room cleaning was very ok! Beds were always freshly made, fresh towels were always there and it was always clean.

Breakfast is taken in the "lobby" if you could even call it that. were very pleased about it could be, that there was no room get cleared empty or the buffet. When we asked if it is still available, it takes a long time until regularly refilled. No one should have been automatically looking for one ourselves. The breakfast was just very alert of hot water for tea or coffee or to stir from porridge. There are Weizenbagles were very hard, cream cheese, salted butter and Traubenmarmelade. The room is quite spacious. We had a room with a double bed and two twin beds. The twin beds stood on a small loft style, with a "Leitertreppe" to.
