My wife and I had booked 14 days at this hotel and also in advance paid. For golfers this hotel is very centrally located, because there are lots of beautiful golf courses in the vicinity can be reached quickly. The hotel itself has two golf courses, but it is a poorly maintained. The driving range is a disgrace, however, since here is played on clay. So if you would like to play golf, you should avoid on the surrounding beautiful places. The hotel itself is maintained for the most part, it is the investment through the past. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful, the service staff in the restaurant and bar area often overtaxed. Our room was big enough and clean, if also not least the toilets were cleaned every day. The cleanliness of the room it chops sometimes, even to 4:00 p.m. our room was not made up at times. Unfortunately the beach chairs at the pool was very dirty, so that you towels with absolutely must cover, to to feel reasonably comfortable. A little scrubbing would quickly remedy.
A dreadful are the absolute promotion of the vacation club. We were raised during nine days of stay seven people, whether we not have interest in timeshare. Also you back to times before has not daunted, in which you could possibly sleep, the room and the survey to start. It's unfortunately no account of the fact, that the guests are looking for peace and quiet, but that as much profit as possible for the Marriott vacation club to obtain. This culminated in it, that one has told us that our complaint filed, that guests at the reception a information, this harassment not wishes. Where is the logic and the customer awareness is known and if this?
We are paid for four days before our stay despite left, to a different hotel in peaceful, undisturbed holidays to enjoy.
Praise to the breakfast buffet is, here everything is offered, what you need for a nice breakfast.
