I have used this hotel for one night as part of a professional organisation. In the heart of the business district of Bonn and is very well reachable. The car is perfect in the underground car park (10 euro/night). The paths were relatively short. The atmosphere reminiscent of the late or early 70er 80er years, they say that 'Gelsenkirchen baroque'. This decor, you have to like or not... It was definitely nothing much has been done since its creation. Benches are worn, sofas, chairs and stools, simply worn-out. I must highlight the quality of the restaurants, which was fine. However, nothing in the restaurant to the decor modern to discover. The room was old and not updated-with the exception of the bathroom. The current standard in new, modern hotel is, however, far from being achieved. Sleep with opened window is a definitely not possible, there is a tram stop directly below the hotel, in addition my room was right in the direction of the main road toward the city center. My conclusion for this hotel: friendly, competent staff, expensive, but a very decent dining, I think fit the price overall not the performance.
