Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AAfter we already 3 10 months in advance the stay have reserved information and also our desires and several times, nothing was working. We left our complaint charged with 'at your service', but for days nothing happened. Only after repeated complaint has a manager when we reported, in turn the matter with the finance director had to pass, since he was manager can't decide...!
after 10 days, the matter( for example cleaning of the rooms, no hot water in the shower or in the SPA, bad Internet access, no light on the street and so on) not customer service oriented and speedily resolved to our satisfaction! Typical global group, where only the profit and not the customer. A tip to all: after Mallorca and enjoys a hotel outside of son Antem.
