Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe chose the Mercure, because in the past we always were satisfied, in Duisburg is some improvements but due. The air conditioning could not be turned off, at the front desk asked is this centrally controlled, great if you are allergic to these things. The bathroom resembles a Dixiklo, everything is made of plastic and in the shower head very little water, shower is not so easy. Throughout the hotel is a elevator for three people with luggage already crowded, is on the departure day at 10:00 o'clock really good if all out, I then the stairs in the five floor taken. Staff is partly for a little overwhelmed her job, the cook takes all the cutlery provided for everything though, the rest is a four star hotel normal. The city of Duisburg raises a flat rate of 5% to the bill, and take a taxi at five persons 7.10 Anfahrtskosten. Conclusion: the Ruhr area has better Cities!
