Ideal hotel to Washington D. C. To visit *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AIf you explore Washington at a budget price and didn't want quality in this hotel was very well cared for here! The good traffic but a normal background noise, but not disturbing.
Location
- Traffic-wise the hotel is very well serviced/interstate and highway are within easy reach - Metro with direct access to the center of Washington D. C. Is just 5 minutes driving from the hotel - this hotel has for transportation to the station offers its own free transport - private, free parking
- Very nice, attentive staff - a nice phone call from the front-desk shortly after check-in, if room is fine, complimentary drinks in the room - Open daily newspaper - free shuttle to metro station - free internet
Gastronomy
- Complimentary breakfast is available, however is the range rather small - other catering services of the hotel didn't try it out - in the direct area there was diverse expection with breakfast (e.g. B. IHOP)
Sport & Entertainment
- Spacious, new and good gym equipment - unfortunately no pool (therefore a star decrease)
Room
- Normal sized rooms, very clean, plenty of towels available - amenities and free safe, flat screen TV, individually controlled air conditioning, modern - drawback: some rooms with a view of the street and ventilation system (canopy)
Tips and recommendations
- Car park at the hotel and take the metro to Washington D. C. Drive (hotel shuttle); the day ticket for the Metro is far better than parking in D. C. - In winter off-season - little tourists, short to no waiting time at attractions
