Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AActually a nice hotel, but with some flaws, at a four star hotel not expect:
-no à la carte restaurant (only in connection with previously booked half board)
-no hotel bar open
-the direct access from the hotel to the adjoining casino closed-you have to get dressed and the hotel
-Bathrobe (5 Euro cleaning fee), flip-flops (3 Euro per couple)
-any additional service (for example, foam of breakfast milk) only for a fee
There can be some beautiful days, if you don't feel ripped off so-you can tell, the management clearly on the ' Kostenbremse ' expresses, which I think a four star hotel can ill afford to do so-a shame!
