Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ADespite the floods this year we had our 6-day long stay in this fascinating (either you like Bangkok or one hates it) city be voided and this hotel has contributed to the fact that we didn't regret the city. There is enough written about the great service. So my best advice: I support what has previsouly been said by other reviewers.
The rooms (we stayed in the executive area) are spacious and tastefully equipped. Everything is very clean, well maintained, modern and 'very good Hilton standard'. The view of the river was great, especially at night. We would like to highlight at this point the pleasant guest segments present (no loud Russian hotel guests), the great breakfast buffet and the air conditioning equipment set on European standards (pleasant and not common in Asia. The access to the skytrain worked in a half hour tact by the hotel's owned boat, which was very good. But you can also use the cheap boat shuttle to the opposite side of the river, in order to explore the road to Chinatown. Very recommendable. Bangkok has a completely different look to it (Marco Polo-proposal for an independent tour). Back at the hotel we received a very good service and the day was rounded off at the bar and the pool. Strong praise to the management. A comfortable hotel, which is completely recommendable. Close to the hotel there is a quaint of 'all-you-can-eat-' -Open-air restaurant, where you can sit down at a table, with a grill oven in it, which is very tasty and typical for the country. Only Thai, no tourists there.
