5 star rating is too much *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AQueue at dinner and breakfast is not 5 *! Great room but with drain-odor! Annoying document sign every consumption partly uninteresting Staff-waiter: long waiting for GetränkeJe after accommodation in the huge area very long way from the room to the restoration (15 minutes to) feedback is too big and too loud! When fully booked to small capacity with pool and restaurant! Measly selection of drinks in the all-inclusive Paggage!

Sehr geehrte Frau FriederikeWir danken Ihnen fuer Ihren Besuch und bedauern zu lesen, dass wir Ihren Erwartungen nicht in allen Bereichen gerecht werden konnten. Unser All-Inklusive Paket beinhaltet eine grosse Auswahl an lokalen Getraenken, mit mehreren Bier- und Weinsorten sowie den gaengigen lokal produzierten Spirituosen. Ebenfalls sind die Getraenke der Minibar inbegriffen. Zum Mittagessen stehen unseren All-Inklusive Gaesten 3 verschiedene Restaurants zur Verfuegung, ebenso abends das Buffetrestaurant sowie 2 Spezialitaetenrestaurants. Wir haben Ihre Kommentare bezueglich unserem Servicepersonal zur Kenntnis genommen und moechten Ihnen versichern, dass wir diesen Schwachpunkt mittels unserer internen Schulungsabteilung umgehend korrigieren werden.
