Unflexibles Personal beim Check - In, um 11:40 angeblich noch kein Zimmer gereinigt, um das seit Monaten gebuchte Zimmer zu beziehen, obwohl ein Kollege, der ca. 10 Minuten später eintraf, ohne Probleme ein Zimmer nach hinten beziehen konnte. Die Sauberkeit des Badezimmers ließ zu wünschen übrig - schwarze Haare in nicht unerheblicher Menge auf dem Gitter des Ablaufes in der Dusche. Bei der Ausstattung des Zimmers wurde ein Schrank o.ä. vergessen, lediglich ein offenes Regal und eine Kleiderstange mit 5 Bügeln sind zu wenig. Die direkt vor dem Haus liegende Hauptverkehrsstraße lässt es nicht zu, das Fenster zu öffnen. Selbst bei verschlossenem Fenster hört man nachts den Straßenlärm.
Ungewöhnlich ist auch, dass die Bezahlung des Zimmers bei Anreise und nicht wie sonst üblich bei der Abreise erfolgen muss. Die Stellplätze sind kostenpflichtig, die Rechnung hierfür wird tageweise erstellt - unnötiger Buchungsaufwand bei Erstattung.
