Excellent location, otherwise flaws *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe price/performance ratio does not seem to be adequate; the four stars are not up to the standards. The hotel captivates however due to its excellent location right on the Rhine; however, this does not conceal defects. Here a list of US shortcomings:
-dirty sheets on one bed
-Dirt on the floor from the previous guest of the room
-crushed room map of the previous guest in the chair
-dirty glasses from the previous guest in the room, the water bubbled on, because it was previously drank beer
the complaint was taken note of, but there was no response
the minibar was filled up two days
-the paper towels in the bathroom were two days not filled up
the breakfast bacon was on all three days almost black roasted and for our taste not edible
the restaurant is very tastefully equipped, the service was very friendly and good, as was the food, but on the chairs and the floor crumbs from breakfast
-at the breakfast, the used plates were not cleared
the service at the breakfast was in our opinion very rude
the tables were not cleaned; the breakfast crumbs the previous guests were left
-they wanted a clean table, for lunch was already set, you were asked, the table and had to change a dirty table now (observed with other guests).
Breakfast was until 10:00 o'clock. About 9.40 o'clock were one day a rude young lady at the tables under great fanfare around us, for a company in the afternoon, pushed together
Regardless of the price, all these things should not happen. We had the impression, that the hotel a passage hotel and the guests tend to disturb. With almost 200 €per room per day including breakfast, the hotel is totally overpaid, even if the location and the free parking offer, of course. Nevertheless, we would book this hotel a second time. Remarkable view, information or complaint that we heard the NH-Hotel roof Association in Germany have called. The response was obtained, we want to complain but directly at the hotel.
