Naturhotel Steiner

The hotel was located virtually in a ravine. If one stood before the hotel and wanted to see the sky, one had to turn your head up. To the skiing area we drove approx. ten kilometers to Zell am See, since there wasn't the possibility in Kaprun. Adults and children (beginners) brought to a skiing area. Thus daily in the car.

The rooms were cleaned thoroughly daily. However despite a usual tip on the bed the first day, folding a T-Shirt once wasn't included. This just was rolled up on the bed. The employees didn't speak or understand German.

The hotel offered all inclusive. However only at certain times and not everywhere. Further one must ask and inquire about the services. For breakfast one must cook the eggs for himself. The cold cuts already had dried edges and the guests didn't touch the offered salmon

The entertainment area was in the cellar and didn't appeal to both the children and the adults. For this reason we didn't use the area. A billiard table was there.

Small room, small TV, telephone. Also the bathroom was tiny. This had however a hairdryer. There was not enough room in the bathroom for a couple. The safe was in the cabinet. The TV had ten programs. The rooms were poorly soundproofed.

Telephone costs to Germany were about 1 Euro per minute. So it was better with the cell phone. The price was in no relation to the offers. We were disappointed, however made the best of the holiday.
