Disappointed *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe were lucky with our room. Indoor swimming pool and room nice, but much too little space for a 60 room hotel. Sauna in is in a very poor condition and 'smelled' it is very strong. At the evening dinner napkins I thought was not appropriate. The front desk staff was very neglected and not gerande friendly.

Sehr geehrte Frau Judy,wir danken für Ihre Bewertung!
Eigentlich wird unser Hotel bei jungen sowie auch älteren Gästen immer sehr gelobt und seid Eröffnung haben wir eine 80 % Auslastung. Unser neuer Wellnessbereich mit der "natural beauty" (die Sie gar nicht erwähnen, obwohl unsere Wellnessmitarbeiterin immer sehr gelobt wird), Berg SPA mit Schwimmbadbereich in Altholz mit Innen und Außenpool, verglaster Ruheraum mit wunderschönen Bergblick,Zirmholzterrasse, Sonnendeck Vista im 4. Stock, wird bei unseren Gästen sehr viel gelobt und geschätzt. Unsere Saunaanlage ist mit 3 verschiedenen Saunas vielleicht für Ihren Geschmack etwas zu klein, jedoch ist sie in keinen schlechten Zustand.
Das mit Ihrem Zimmer hat nichts mit Glück zu tun. Wir haben 6 verschiedene Zimmerkategorien, 5 davon sind neue gebaut und Sie haben ein neues Zimmer gebucht, das Sie ja auch bekommen und gelobt haben.
Von Familien wird unser Hotel viel besucht. Der Schwimmbadbereich ist in Begleitung der Eltern mit Kinder erlaubt. Wir haben ein großes Kinderspielzimmer, wir bieten Kindermenüs, Kinderbetten, Kinderstühle an und vieles mehr.... jedoch können Sie das eigetlich nicht beurteilen, da Sie ja mit Freunden angereist sind und nicht als Familie.
Unsere Lage wird normalerweise sehr geschätzt da wir zentral im Pustertal sind, 7 km vom Städtchen Bruneck entfernt. Wir befinden uns mitten im Grünen, sehr ruhig am Waldesrand mit herrlichem Panorama auf die Berge. Wer hier Bar, Apreskilokale sucht ist fehl am Platz. Wer im Naturhotel die waldruhe die Natur, Erholung, Entspannung, oder auch aktiv sein will von wandern bis skifahren, ist hier sicherlich richtig. Enttäuscht darüber sind wir, dass Sie behaupten, dass unser Hotel der Katalogbeschreibung und Sternen nicht entspricht. Auf unsere Homepage können Sie alle Fotos von Zimmer, Gastronomie und Wellnessbereich anschauen die alle wahrheitsgetreu abgebildet sind. Das Sie vielleicht eher auf 5 Sterne Niveau Wert legen, müssen Sie auch 5 Sterne buchen, wo Sie auch dementsprechend dafür bezahlen. Unser Preis-Leistungs Angebot wird immer als sehr gut empfunden.
Es freut uns, dass es Ihnen bei uns im Hotel "alles im Allem" doch gut gefallen hat, da wir vor Ort ja auch keine Beschwerden bekommen haben.
