Nessebar Fort - brilliant holiday
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe had a great stay at these apartments, very clean and quiet, and the heart of sunny beach was just 5mins walk. There's a resturant there which has a great selection of foods at good prices, plus the beer is 1.80Lv (85p)!
Also we were suprised it had 6 swimming pools which was great as they were very quiet during the day, and its right opposite the aqua park! Even it had a supermarket and small gym (not as if used it of course!)
Anyway the only criticism is the road outside can be quite dark during the night and we had a pay to use the sun loungers (2Lv each), but other than that we loved it... in fact we will probably go back next year for two weeks.
Location
Quiet at night and day, the road can be quite dark at night.
Beach is about 1km away and Bourgas was about 20mins drive in Taxi.
The centre of sunny beach is only 5mins walk
Aqua park directly opposite and Camelot castle is around the corner.
Everyone we met there was friendly, there was a mix of nationalities, such as russian, bulgaria, german, but mainly 80% british and irish.
Private hospital across the road ('H' on top).
No issues with Service!
Gastronomy
one restaurant, and another bar.
Prices very decent, plus portions are large enough (pizza are huge!)
Good cleanliness, nice atmosphere day or night!
Sport & Entertainment
No evening entertainment at these apartments.
One swimming pool has a large slide, there's also free crazy golf, and volleyball. If you bring a laptop there is also a WIFI connect but never used it!
Pools were clean, but we had to pay for sun loungers!
Also a games area for kids which pool table etc..
Room
Great room, fully air conditioned in all rooms, fully equiped with the standard things (i.e. safe, fridge, cooker, etc).
Building was in good condition too, took us 15mins to find the apartment at 1am but thats another story!
Tips and recommendations
Don't go to these apartments if your disabled as wheel chair access can be a problem (unless your on ground floor).
Weather was great in July!
only tip... bring a torch for the road in the evening!
