No longer great as 2009 *

Since we were there in 2009 total loved, we booked for 2011 this hotel again.
Unfortunately the hotel has gone downhill in the last two years.
You can see many flaws in the rooms. Just returned in the bathroom! You actually looks in the whole hotel with little flaws!
The pool area or the hotel was not as well kept as at the opening. I think that is a great shame.
The gym has devices also diminished. Some functions on the treadmill did not work (you could walk but perfect) and a bike to work was broken. What a pity that you did not repaired!
The table tennis rackets had no supporting documents. Not great in order to play!
For 50 Baht (1 euro) in the center of town to buy a new one.
Why invested the hotel is not?
Two new racquets cost now really not much! But no one from the hotel thoughts!
at the Breakfast was earlier cheese! I thought that was always great, because the cheese in Thailand is so expensive. This time they saved the cheese. Nevertheless the food was tasty, and the selection was also okay!
In 2009 could be different courses in the hotel for free. Cooking, Thai learning, football, water gymnastics, Flowers, and so on..
In 2011, there were no more such deals! Apparently the hotel must save.
In 2009 we were told, that the beach would be spruced up. Beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as a pool bar should emerge on the beach. Well, today the beach still looked so dirty as in 2009. Built there was also nothing...
We are not once in the sea former and at the beach, one should better not walk Bahfuß! Glass and other objects are careless in the sand!
We were still comfortable and can recommend the Novotel Chum phon in spite of everything.
Only those who stayed there will be disappointed!
