in this hotel are staff and manager very rude. Evening we have allowed for the warm water porridge our babies to order, which allowed the boss didn't like and felt was (although my husband and I A menu with wine in the restaurant purchase). When I on the second evening 2 dL wine ordered I got a ceramic cups in Ticino (it was in the carafe), as I didn't particularly like, I have permitted to order a glass. Whereupon one told me that I would have already a Trinkgefäss! After some hesitation, the waitress asked me a musty glass up. After I offered for a clean Glass are charged, I got finally my glass. Only the boss came in and said it was stupid that a glass to ask, and that in a Grotti for this question would be kicked out!

A similar argument was on our Next table this was a glass of water.

on our trip through the tessin we have so many other nice small friendly hotels are cheaper and beautiful the Osteria Vittoria it was very important to us that this comment to make.
