Chaotic organization, not a five-star standard *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AVery nice resort but chaotic organization, child only in Spanish contrary to the advertisement or poor, limited English. German civil servants not available. Organsitaion of the entire hotel is a mega chaos, it is a pity, because the location would make possible a lot.
