Great holiday but! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ASince several years with this hotel always been happy but this year everything was different. The staff at the reception was partly unfriendly, did not speak a word of German and complaints were not carried out. the dishes in the restaurant was nearly always dirty!(Lowest drawer) the waiters were partly very inattentive (drinks order-20 min.) a big praise to the cleaning ladies for the rooms. super clean. if what would change in the restaurant area, this hotel was always recommendable.
