Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AAs a family over Christmas 2011 with too high expectations in the former 'Interhotel panorama' offering traveled from the rack. On arrival we were greeted with snow oberhof days and after four hour drive we were looking forward to a pleasant stay in the hotel. Unfortunately seemed the reception staff with the distant tourists to be overburdened (friendliness was non-existent). From the moment we arrived we had the feeling, perhaps the otherwise peaceful hotel with our vacation-Presence to disturb. Hardest meeting with the Thuringian hospitability met for breakfast on the first day.' just sit there, where they sat yesterday evening. It is also set!' annoying was the reference, for the first time we entered the dining-hall, at last arrived late in the evening and the breakfast for the first time, and yet on any of the tables have been set sat. Oh man, what a morning welcome, such a ' friendliness' I in any of my previous experiences worldwide destinations. Really... Only, we were there for three days and, for example, the toilet paper was tight and not refilled... Conclusion: this hotel would be a next visit only third choice oberhof...
